Thermal Explosion Method: By introducing a flammable gas, the gas is instantly exploded under specific media and conditions, and the explosion energy is utilized to dissolve and remove the burr. This method is more costly and is usually applied to high precision parts.

Chemical reaction: Automatically and selectively removes burrs from die castings using the principle of electrochemical reaction. Good for burrs smaller than 7 mm, but less effective for burrs inside the casting.

High-pressure water gun: the use of high-pressure water gun to water as a medium, the use of instantaneous impact to remove burrs and flying edges generated after processing, and at the same time to achieve the effect of cleaning.

Ultrasonic: Utilizing the vibration principle of ultrasonic waves and high pressure to remove burrs, the effect on tiny burrs is remarkable, suitable for detailed processing.
